Glam fashion … sex with mannequins

Is glam fashion here? Now? And cheap? Strolling down the highstreet we chanced upon a generic clothing shop (forever 21) and all of a sudden I am looking at the biggest collection of  Vivienne Westwood knock offs I have ever seen. Actually  pretty cool stuff at a ridiculously cheap price. The quality was even semi good, certainly for club clothes. The styles were a lift ( they even had a logo 1981) from ID magazine heyday Adam and the ants , hayzee fantayzee, scitti politti, dead or alive and about anything else from that time…They did stop short of Leigh Bowery by a couple of miles, but hey. Thrown in was little soft fetish and expose of futuristic flesh, I found that the most beguiling creatures ever to  pull this off correctly were the chartreuse, lemon and  jet black mannequins which I was unhealthily eying up. A sign of fashion fatigue? an uber Grace Jones fantasy? Or do I see a doctor? Anyways reporting from the gutter, glam fashion looks to be back…Can you pull it off?
